‘We weren’t performing’
Kiara said- ‘I was very emotional, so I told Vishnu sir I want to do this scene in just one take. He was taking my closeup shot to show my emotions. When the camera was on me, I could hear the whole crowd sobbing as the entire Cree, the junior artist and all the co-stars were crying despite not being in the frame. We were all filled with gratitude seeing the sacrifice of Captain Vikram Batra. I didn’t think I was performing rather we were on July 11, 1999’.
