Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s bail application is going on in Mumbai’s sessions court. Along with Aryan, the hearing of the bail of Munmun Dhamecha, Arbaaz Merchant, Nupur Satija, Achit Kumar, Mohak Jaswal, Shreyash Nair and Avin Sahu is also going on today. According to reports, NCB has submitted its answers on the bail application. Aryan’s lawyers are countering these answers. Shahrukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani and bodyguard Ravi are present in the court. Let us inform that Aryan Khan was detained on 2 October during a raid at Cordelia Cruise Party. While NCB has sought more custody of Aryan, Aryan Khan’s lawyer Amit Desai said that neither cash nor drugs were found with his client.
Argumentation going on in court
According to the latest reports, Senior Advocate Amit Desai said on behalf of Aryan, Aryan’s statement has been taken only once and whose name he has also been arrested. The magistrate had rejected the bail only because he did not have the authority to hear and decide that application. Because in that a co-accused was involved in such offenses in which the punishment could be more than 3 years. The main point of NCB’s case is that all the accused are related to each other in this conspiracy, Aryan used to buy charas from Arbaaz. The NCB has also accused the International Drug Chain. It is clearly written in the reply of NCB, connection with other accused. NCB has used a very scary term – ‘illegal trading’ and imposed it on Aryan Khan.
Aryan did not have a plan in advance
Aryan’s lawyer Amit Desai said, “No drugs were found from Aryan’s possession, nor did he have cash. He also had no plan to sell and consume drugs. They were arrested on Sunday, only these people were arrested while there are other people in Panchnama. These people were arrested for their involvement in taking, buying and selling drugs. Found whatsapp chats and pictures. They said and people have to be arrested. Aryan was kept on remand till Monday. The next day 5 more people were arrested. Now they wanted custody because of the international link. Remanded till 7 October. After this only Achit was arrested. But the arrests have now gone beyond Cruise.
Aryan’s lawyer gave this argument
The Narcotics Control Bureau is opposing everyone’s bail. NCB has submitted the answers to the bail applications of Aryan Khan and others to the concerned lawyers. NCB says, very few banned drugs have been found from some of the accused or no recovery has been made from some of them, but what is the complicity of these people in this conspiracy is the basis of investigation. According to media reports, NCB has claimed in the court that Aryan Khan has confessed to taking charas during interrogation. It is being told that these charas were brought by Arbaaz Merchant, 6 grams of charas were brought on the cruise ship for both of them.

According to the ETimes report, so far there is material on record which shows that Aryan Khan was in contact with some people abroad who are known to be part of an international drug network for illegal purchase of drugs. The investigation in this matter is still going on. In the investigation so far, it has come to the fore that accused number-17, who supplied drugs to accused number-1, has been arrested with 2.6 grams of ganja. Apart from this, accused number-19 (Shivraj Harijan), who supplied drugs to accused number-2, has been arrested with 62 grams of charas.
The NCB says that the material found during the investigation has revealed that the accused 1- Aryan Khan has a role in the purchase and distribution of drugs. Apart from this, it has been learned in preliminary information that accused number-1 used to buy contraband from accused number-2 (from Arbaaz Khan).
