Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan got bail from the Bombay High Court on Thursday in the drugs case, although he is yet to be released. Meanwhile, the detailed decision of the court has come out. Court has granted bail to Aryan Khan on several conditions. Aryan will have to submit a passport along with a bond of Rs 1 lakh. He will not be able to leave the country without the permission of the NDPS court. Apart from this, attendance will have to be made every Friday between 11 to 2 pm at the NCB office in Mumbai.
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan (23) and a few others after a raid on a Goa-bound cruise ship, off the Mumbai coast, on October 2. The agency claims to have seized drugs from Cruise. In this case, Aryan Khan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on Thursday. Justice N. W. Sambre’s single bench also granted bail to co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the case.
The bail order states that he will have to submit a PR bond worth Rs 1 lakh. The court has said that he should not indulge in any such activity and will not try to make contact with the co-accused. The court has also directed not to influence the witness or tamper with the evidence. Will not make any statement regarding the proceedings pending before the court.
The High Court has asked him to immediately deposit the passport in the special court. It has also been said in the order that the applicant will have to register his presence by visiting the NCB office in Mumbai every Friday between 11 and 2 pm. Aryan will not be able to leave the country without the permission of the NDPS court.
