The bail order states that he will have to submit a PR bond worth Rs 1 lakh. The court has said that he should not indulge in any such activity and will not try to make contact with the co-accused. The court has also directed not to influence the witness or tamper with the evidence. Will not make any statement regarding the proceedings pending before the court.

The High Court has asked him to immediately deposit the passport in the special court. It has also been said in the order that the applicant will have to register his presence by visiting the NCB office in Mumbai every Friday between 11 and 2 pm.
